Hi,

I have just checked my tracking for this: EA216202624CN. And have gotten this as the last message: Segnalati problemi durante la verifica doganale per fattura mancante, Centro Scambi Internazionale.

What would you advise me to do?

EA216202624CN is in Italy Customs. you should contact Italy Post and try to locate the parcel.
