Hi i would like to know the status of the shipment of my package.
In the tracking form the status is "on route" and the history detalil say "14-Sep-2015 14:27 Departure export customs HANGZHOU" I need to know if the pagage is still in China and when you suppose i can receive it.

the parcel should have left china on Sep 14. The location will stuck at its last location in China after the parcel left China .

Normally parcel will travel another 2 to 4 weeks after it left China and before it arrives Italy.
