Hi,

my parcel with the tracking number RI**CN seems to be stucked for more than 20 days for now. I would like to know if it's normal or are there any problems ?
Hopefully they don't lost the parcel....

it is normal. now is rush season, stuck for 20 to 40 days does not mean the parcel is lost.

Ok Thank you! But can tell me where is the parcel now? Stuck somewere at Guangzhou in China waiting for an airplane or it was sent to Italy?

it should be outside china. normally parcel will keep traveling another 3 to 5 weeks after leaving china before it arrives your country.

You can only estimate the arrival time based on experience, but you can not know exact location when parcel is outside china(none scan the parcel anymore)
