Hello everyone

i registered to this site because i have a bit of a problem

So, on october 7 i bought from Aliexpress and i choose DHL as shipping method

On october 14 the seller told me he shipped the package, however, the shipping method apparently was not DHL... he told me this:

Hello, the right tracking number for your order is RB213202466DE. The tracking website is:

What kind of shipping is that? RB213202466DE only works with that website, i tried all the others i know and nothing, surely it is not DHL

Now, as you can see the last info on the package is that on october 19 it was in London

i told the seller about it and he replied " I show it's delivered by your local post office, so would you please contact them to get your package asap? "

London is not my local post office... since i live in Italy, i tried to use the RB213202466DE on the italian post office website, here http://www.poste.it/online/dovequando/home.do and nothing, so it is not in Italy yet

But on that 4px website it does say destination: ITALY, so i don't know why it's still in London, do i have to contact them or something? :(

Kinda upset because i paid for DHL and got this strange shipping instead, all the other times i used DHL with aliexpress my packages took max 4-5 days to arrive..

1. First the tracking number is a valid tracking number. Second that number should belong to Deutsche Post AG.

2. I also figure that maybe the parcel was sent by DHL E Commerce since it's a Germain tracking number but to no avail.

3. A suggestion, maybe it was suppose to go by DHL E Commerce and they had an understanding with 4PX Express to carry the parcel for them. That is the only thing that come in mind right now.

4. Nevertheless, you parcel is transiting from LONDON-HEATHROW to Italy. the mention DELIVERED BY THE POST OFFICE is probably to advise that the local Post Office in Italy will be delivering the parcel.

5. If you and I can not track the parcel on Italy, Germain or UK Post it's probably because 4 PX Express does not have access to the computer system of National Post/Country Office.

6. Maybe when the parcel arrive in Italy you will be able to track the parcel, that I'm not really convince. Because 4 PX Express is a private company.

7. As for the money you paid extra, you should ask the seller when you receive the parcel for a refund or portion of a refund. If he is not willing to do that, then open a dispute to get some money back.

8. Hope the above explanation can make sense to you.

Thanks for the relief that it is not a fake tracking numer :)

I jhave another package with no news since october 20, it's with EMS shipping this time and tracking number is EA258704573CN, do you see something new since october 20?
