Hello,
I'm waiting for the shipment RM654794755CN and the result of the track is:

Date/Time Location/Status
2015-11-05 10:45:05.0 郑州帐单center received
2015-11-05 16:32:25.0 郑州帐单center customs scan
2015-11-05 17:53:18.0 leaving 郑州帐单center ，next station 郑州express
2015-11-06 13:39:51.0 郑州Transit Station export security scan
2015-11-06 14:16:24.0 郑州Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2015-11-20 14:28:36.0 郑州Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

Is this normal or there is any problem? thanks for answer

the parcel is looping in 郑州, this is NOT a good news. Normally this means the parcel has problem to pass export customs scan or security scan.

What can i do ? Because the seller say that is normal because the shipment will arrive from 16 november to 7 december. Thanks

If your buyer protection is still valid, you can keep waiting until Dec 6. Otherwise you should open dispute to aliexpress.
