Hi. Parcel RK113248213CN stucks in "export custom Scan" for more than 10 days. Is there any problem? Where is my parcel? No batteries inside. Thanks

in this rush season, waiting within 4 weeks without status changing is normal.

Hi! Any news about my parcel? Today is 1 month I wait and tracking is on "export custom scan" yet. How many days I've to wait? Thanks

some people just got the parcel which were shipped 50 days ago. so you might need wait another 2 weeks.
