Hi , i ordered a package the 17 July 2014 from aliexpress and it's still not arrived, I checked your package tracking servicr but it says me its still in China. how is that possible for how much long do I have to wait. It also say "unsuccessful delivery" how is that possible too?

RJ049760660CN was returned to shipper in Hangzhou from Italy. You will NOT get the parcel.

He has already refused my dispute and he also keep telling me the package needs time , so did i just lost my 45 dollars? Is he gonna get clean from that?

you can escalate the dispute and claim refund.

I did but for some reason now the status of product is "finished" because he told me my package needed 1 week more so i trusted him , but he was lying of course.
So there is nothing i can do
