Hi, can i have some information on this tracking ?
I don't understand if my item left china or it's yet in china.
It processed on 30/11. Is normal ?

RI245539612CN was returned to Shenzhen. you have to open dispute and claim refund.

Non te la prendere, io dal 14 novembre leggo "despatch from sorting center" di Shenzhen ed in dogana in Italia non ne sanno ancora niente.
