I'd like to have some information regarding this tracking.

I can see this:

Posta Raccomandata Internazionale RI228486937CN

accettato dal centro postale il
in lavorazione ai Centri Postali dal
consegnato al destinatario
stato accettato

but I'm sure that it has never been delivered to the recipient…. can you help me??

I bought my items through Amazon UK and the delivery estimate dates were 11-20 dec

you can claim refund from seller if Amazon promise you 20 days delivery. Seller should not use China Post register mail whose normally delivery time is 30 days in this rush season.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel last location in Guangzhou. But you can know the exact location at this moment. Parcel will transit through many airports in different countries. location information will be updated only when the parcel reaches an airport with scanning device and service.
