Non ho più notizie del mio pacco con codice RE054419025CN dal 18/04/2020.
Ho chiamo il Servizio delle poste e risulta fermo al centro scambi internazionale e loro non riescono a dirmi nulla.
Come devo fare?

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
