Please HELP ME! This is my tracking code RD113894265CN. It's from 5 August that my package is "in process" at chinese post office and it's status has not been updated. There are more than 20 days that I don't have any information on my package. Please help me

the parcel seems to have problem to pass safety check. you'd better contact shipper and ask for refund.
