This tracking number is given as invalid. Last week the parcel was given stuck at Milano Roserio but now it doesn't result anymore. It seems the parcel doesn't exist, nor in China neither in Italy. Glad to receive some information from you before I'm leaving a bad feedback to my seller.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel arrived Milan customs on Nov 11. You should contact Italian Post and see what happens. If they don't response, the only solution for you is to open dispute to seller and claim refund for lost parcel.
