RB511785612CN was sent to airline on Dec 11. It should have arrived Italy. If you have not got it, then you should be stuck somewhere in Italy customs(it happens very often in Italy). You should open a dispute asap.

My package is probably along with his ... my RC324594240CN passed the scan 15 minutes before of his pack.
