Hi,I bought an object who arrived to me with some problems, so I sent it back to the seller in China.At the moment I don' t know were is My pack.on china post site with tracking number RA719904421IT it results :departure from outward office 20110600,from 03/10/2013...is it possibile it is not yet arrived to Guangdong in more than one month???where exactly is My pack?are there Any problems?thanks to everyone can help me.

RA719904421IT failed delivery to recipient in China. It is now in Shanghai airport waiting for returning airline space to Italy.

RB896316195CN was returned to Beijing on Oct 24. you need to file non-receipt dispute as soon as possible.
