Hello

I sent a parcel no. RA144590119CN to Italy on November 18th, but my customer hasn't received yet.

China Post Forum displays only this:

Parcel No.RA144590119CN tracking result
2015-11-18 16:53:53.0 闽侯县师大二区Post Office received
2015-11-19 18:15:28.0 闽侯县上街post dept. customs scan
2015-11-19 19:10:31.0 leaving 闽侯县上街post dept. ，next station 福州
2015-11-20 09:16:11.0 福州Transit Station export security scan
2015-11-20 09:20:07.0 福州Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2015-11-20 09:29:04.0 福州Transit Station export security scan
2015-11-20 09:45:01.0 福州Transit Station export customs cleared
2015-11-20 12:30:00.0 leaving 福州center going to next airport/seaport

No any other information update after November 20th... may I know where my parcel is and when it will be delivered to Italy?

the parcel should have problem. normally it should be transit to Beijing or Shanghai by end of Nov, but it did not. I think you should open dispute for lost parcel.

I inquired the post office where I sent the letter from, but they said they knew nothing.
I called ALL the post offices in Fuzhou, but no one can find the letter or can tell me where it is or what happened to it...
