Hi

I'm waiting for 2 packages to come from China to Italy, tracking number:

RH254109063CN and
RH254109050CN

They seem blocked at Shangai airport for quite some time (6th October the first one and 9th October the second) usually tracking gets refreshed the same day saying that they left the airport, which is not the case with these 2.
It's not the first time that I deal with china post and other packages took 16 days average to complete their journey with no problem whatsoever.
I'm sure that they're not in Italy since I can't track it on the website.
So what happened? Are they stuck at the airport or blocked by China customs or did they left the country?

For some reason tracking information for registered item doesn't always get that final "Shanghai Departure" or "Handed off to airline" update. If the last status is something suggesting that it left Shanghai, though (eg "Leaving Shanghai going to next airport/seaport"), no need to worry, this is normal.

Items can take up to 4 weeks after leaving China to arrive in Italy. No need to be concerned, both your items appear to have left China and status is normal.

So it could take one or more cargo flights to get here? Which explains why is taking so long, I was worried because from my past experiences it took way less to get here. Anyway thanks for your reply
