Hi every one,
pls can someone give an advice how to move in resolving this problem,
l sent back two phones to a seller( 4 repair)through EMS , in which he gave his address , the EMS tracking confirmed that
"Your item was delivered() at 2014-09-24 15:32:00
Signed for by：本人收",
but this guy continue saying that they didn't received the parcel and that they have complained to EMS in China,but how can I follow this undelivered or delivered parcel with the EMS,is this possible that the traking can confirmed received and signed by someone when the other side LIKELLY IS TRYING TO SCAM OR FRAUD?.

l forgot to include tracking number ,which is this EE332739414IT.

this cofirmed my suspicions that this's afraud/scam.

Address :........,Minzhi, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province ,China is one of those that 're destroying the image of china abroad .Can some one give me pls the local police station in shenhen and the public security departement websites for Nanshan,Shenhen and Guangdon?, likelly l wont get these phones back again ,but people like this needs to be pin point out ,they need to be stop just to avoid that they continue their bussiness in frauding honest people.

Yesterday YANG BIAO finally received and signed the parcel EE332739414IT l dont know what causes this misunderstandings / lateness.
This confermation was directlly from EMS italy.
