Hi everyone!
I've shipped an item from Italy to China and once arrived in China it has no updates since May 31st.
The tracking query gives me the followion results:

CC028754845IT 2014 Import Security Scan Beijing 20140526 0928
CC028754845IT 2014 Import Customs Scan Beijing 20140526 1044
CC028754845IT 2014 Import Customs Scan Guangzhou 20140531 1112
CC028754845IT 2014 Import Security Scan Guangzhou 20140531 1256

Is there any problem with my parcel? Will it be delivered?

CC028754845IT arrives China long time ago. It seems to have some delivery item. Not sure if the parcel address has problem or the recipient rejected the parcel(some people refuse to receive goods to avoid refund or payment). You can ask the recipient to call china post 11185 phone number to pickup the parcel, see what happens to the recipient.

Five days ago, the seller told me that he had contacted the post office who told him that the parcel would arrive on the day.
To date the parcel has not arrived, what should I do? Can I contact China Post via e-mail to get more information?

11185 is the only way to contact china post, they won't reply your email.

Hello, the seller told me that the parcel has arrived. At the time to send it back in Italy he told me that they had to pay 50 USD for the customs fees. I do not think that these fees have been paid since the package was shipped by declaring a value of 15 USD. Is possible to know if the shipment was really subject to the customs fees?
