Please, can you help me to know why my package is Unsuccessful delivery?
The tracking number is RA566928063IT.

RA566928063IT should have some problem on address label. it is now in China Post Beijing office(西乡配送部), you need ask recipient to pickup the parcel by himself.

I asked to recipient, he said that Post Beijing office is too far from Shenzhen, can you send to Shenzen? Please? Are you shure that is in Beijing?
I checked on tracking on line and it said Distribution xixiang.....

xixiang is same as (西乡配送部). It is a sub-branch name of China Post Beijing company. China Post can not send it to Shenzhen.

But the package was direct to shenzhen.... Why is in Beijing?
Can you give to me some phone number, I will give to my friend and her can call to post office for to decide how to do.

I tried to call this number but is incorrect number...
Please can you give to me another number?
Or can you send a email to my friend directly and explain to she what she has to do for pick up the package?

if you call from outside China. You should call +861011185(China Post Beijing) or +8675511185(Shenzhen), but they probably can only speak Chinese Mandarin.
