No updates since April 12 (leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport) and on the Italian Post Office site it's always still to:
09-04-2016 21:32:00 Presa in carico all'estero CINA

It's normal? You advise me to wait or should I start to worry?

1. I suspect your parcel arrive in your country and possibly is at the Italian Customs Office getting clear.

2. You might want to call Italy Post office to find out about your parcel: 39 803 160 . What I don't know is if the Italian Post scan the parcel before it goes to the Italian Customs Office in your country.

I called 39 803 160 and they informed me that the parcel has not yet arrived in Italy. Also, considering the contents of the small parcel in question (cover by phone), it is unlikely that it remains blocked in customs for too long.

So this is what I think:
1) at customs there is an unexplained delay of my package and I have to wait only a few more days so that it arrives at the Italian Post and finally update the tracking.
2) my parcel has been lost somewhere.

I hope it's the first case, in the meantime I will inform the aliexpress seller of all this.

Sorry but I can not find this particular information, I am not very informed about this, but I think the Italian Post scan the parcel only after the parcel are given to them. Why is this important?
