Hi, i'm waiting a pack from china, the trachinkg number is RC227726211CN. It is in Shangay from 20 days and i don't know why it doesn't arrive in Italy. can you help me? thanks

if you are worried about lost, you can open a non-receipt dispute to paypal or aliexpress now.
