My order RF691141041CN is blocked by a week at MILANO ROS.How can I get it?And Who is entrusted with the distribution of the parelcel?

Your parcel is in the hand of Italy Post(Poste Italiane). Italy Post website shows "SESTO FIORENTINO FI, In lavorazione presso il Centro Operativo Postale " on Jun 9. You should contact them for delivery detail.
