the parcel has not yet arrived in Italy, and I have not yet received any answer as to where my parcel is located.

LL961799080CN has no update since Feb 12. It should be still in China. this is normal because coronavirus has cancelled 90% airline from china to Europe.Please wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel later, then pay back to seller.
