Hello,

Could you please give me some more infos about the tracking number RK327771655CN?
It is written that has left the Nanjing Airport on 26 November and from then there is no update.

the parcel should be stuck in Nanjing and waiting for transit to Shanghai or Beijing. Normally waiting in Nanjing should be no more than 10 days. If next week the status is still in Nanjing, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
