Hello everyone, I'm a new user of the forum. I would like to know how many more days I have to wait for the package RJ862501264CN .
From the tracking it looks like it departed from China two times: the first one on the 15th of September and the second one on the 11th of October. How is that possibile? Also is there any chance to get the package before the 28th of October?

3. It seems to me that the first time the parcel wanted to depart from China something happen:
2016-09-16 10:42:04.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

Either it was the Aircraft broke down or for an other reason. So, the mail bag was taken off the Aircraft and sent back Hangzhou.

4. Now your parcel according to the above tracking should have made it out of China to Italy. In normal circumstances the parcel should take between 11 to 28 days to be deliver. I suspect within maximum 2 weeks you should possibly receive your parcel.

5. You should check daily on the Italian Post site for any new movement of your parcel.

I saw that today my package arrived in Shanghai! What is happening? Do I have to open a dispute with the seller? Is there any chance of getting it in Italy in one week?

1. Your parcel is trying to catch a flight out of China to Italy, but it seems each time there is possibly no rooms for the mail bag, so the mail bag is coming back to HANGZHOU.

2. Also other possibility, in the mail bag there is possibly a parcel (not your parcel) that is triggering a closer security check of the mail bag, that might be the reason it's going back and forth.

3. Will you receive your parcel next week, I doubt very much you will receive the parcel next week.

4. You should contact seller and advise him of the situation about your parcel and please provide to the seller a full tracking of your parcel so he understand the problem.
