The site show me for both track numbers SENT TO AIRLINE.
I read about this status, but I would to know, how can I know when the goods are in Italy

i always know tracking locally is the sure way, all these international tracking sites doesn't show arrived until u'v collected your item

you need some patient. sometimes arrival takes 3 weeks after sent to airline date
