I'm waiting for a pack with Track number: RC821301192CN

Could you help me to understand where is this sending?

When I track the shipment I can see only this information:
1)
STATUS: Received By China Post
LOCATION: HANGZHOU
DESTINATION COUNTRY: Italy
DATE: 20140330 2007

2)
STATUS: Export Custom Scan
LOCATION: HANGZHOU
DESTINATION COUNTRY: Italy
DATE: 20140331 0857

but I can't understand when the pack will be delivered.

now is Memorial day holiday time in China. Parcel information might take one week more time. please be patient.

The memorial day in China I think it's finished, but I haven't had any information on the package that I'm waiting for receiving.
When I track the shipping, the Status is: Export Customs Scanread, but I think it's an excuse, since it is a bracelet of only € 3.00 for my daughter!!
Absurd ..... an absolute joke!!
