http://track-chinapost.com/track_italypost.php shows the parcel was delivered on May 13. If you have not got the parcel, contact Intalia Post.

Unfortunately China Post can not resend the parcel. the parcel will be returned to seller.

Try to contact seller and ask him to ship you another one. If seller does not reply, open dispute and force him to give you solution.
