1. What you need to do is to go to an Italy Post Office and try to speak with the supervisor and tell him your problem. Ask him to send a message to China Post to return the parcel to you because the recipient will not accept the parcel and pay the duty. It might cost you some money to have the parcel sent back to you, that I don't know.

3. Are you talking about parcel RA865803051IT. If yes, then there is no more update then the last time:

4. Internal transit means going to some place else. If that parcel was received by buyer, then China Post did not update the tracking system. If buyer did not receive the parcel, then the parcel technically is still traveling somewhere.

1. The only way to do that I suppose is to talk to the Italy Post Office and ask them to contact China Post to confirm that the parcel was deliver. They (China Post) should have in their system a signature of the parcel because it was Register mail.

2. China Post does not read any E Mail sent to them by client and if you phone you need to speak Mandarin.
