RC381247265CN seems have problem to pass security check. is there any battery inside the parcel?

battery caused some Spontaneous Combustion Accidents in airline. so it is strictly banned by airmail parcel which goes with passengers. You might need to ask seller ship the battery item by DHL,UPS or Fedex which has special cargo flight to carry battery goods.

if your package has battery inside, the whole package will be rejected.

if the parcel stuck in security check status for long time, normally this means it can not pass security check.you should open dispute to paypal asap.
