I HAVE ORDERED SHOES ON December 1, 2014
My order is stopped from December 17, 2014 due to a customs inspection.

on the site http://track-chinapost.com tells me this:

Can you explain how long it will take to get to my house and through which courier will arrive?

the parcel should be in the hands of Poste Italiane. You should contact them for delivery detail.

hello! can you help me track my parcel RI229390149CN? it was sent to airline on december 7th and i have no news, is not in the hands of poste italiane yet
