EA053583507CN left China for Milan on Nov 14. if you have not got it, it should be rejected by Italy customs.

Thanks, but it's possible that the Italy customs say to me nothing? I have no notice, and why the parcel must be rejected ?

Italy customs did not response any information to china post. i believe you have to open dispute now. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435
