Dear Sirs,

I have shipped item to China with tracking # RI206368672BG

item No Year Status Location Destination

RI206368672BG 2015 Import Security Scan Beijing 20150226 1249
RI206368672BG 2015 Import Customs Scan Guangzhou 20150303 1011
RI206368672BG 2015 Import Security Scan Guangzhou 20150303 1455
RI206368672BG 2015 Unsuccessful delivery Guangzhou 20150304 080215

I was able to see tracking information yesterday, today there is no info about it, where is the problem ?

What is the status of my package?

RI206368672BG failed delivery. you should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel. pickup office address: 广州市邮政局黄婆洞邮政所

I've got phone call from the RI206368672BG receiver this morning.
He has issue with taking out the package from the post office.

I have missed to write down name on the parcel.
How can I send you a prove that the package is for this guy?

you can do nothing. if the receiver can not persuade the post office to release the parcel, it will be returned. Next time you should be careful of writing parcel name and address.
