Hi
I`m trying to track a order with trackingnumber LX482695152CN
Its been in transit for allmost 3 weeks now. it was sent from the seller 2017-09-26, can you tell me why it`s taking so long?

LX482695152CN should be delayed in Shenzhen. Not sure the delay reason. You can wait 10 more days. If you can not get it by Oct 25, you should open dispute to seller for refund.

Dont worry, the last few months ePacket has been really slow for unknown reasons. My last 3 epacket packages were stuck for 2-4 weeks in Shenzhen or Guanhgzhou aswell,
You should receive it within 2 weeks now, however

EMS normally will arrive UK in 2 weeks. Now holiday season just finishes, you might need wait extra 2 weeks.

my ems is incredibly slow too, over 2 weeks so far and hasn't changed status. EA321916793CN

normally they arrive in 7 or 8 days to me, other epacket packages i've had sent since have arrived yet this ems hasn't moved.

In which city you sent your package? Mine is in Xiamen.

mine is coming from Shenzhen, it says it left there but its been 2 weeks and no changes
