Post Why is my parcel still in Guangzhou?

Hi I sent a parcel RZ094347321GB from UK on 11 November. The parcel arrived in Guangzhou Transit Station on 23 November and cleared customs on the next day. But after 2 weeks the parcel is still there. Why? Please help. Thank you.

1. Your parcel is transiting inside China = domestic transit.

2. Please be aware that this time of year is the busiest time for China Post. If you worry to much, ask the recipient of the parcel to call China Post Hot Line to find out about the parcel.
