http://suivichineposter.com/startairmail.php?code=RI353950408CN shows the parcel is still in shenzhen, you should get it by early April.

Shipping Method: First-Class Registered airmail (Fixed shipping fee! 10 - 18 working days in transit typical) this order given in 27,2,2015 its not firstclass right?!

First Class Registered airmail is USPS name, China Post calls it Register airmail.

ok registered then u guyz charged me $4.99 as shipping fee and 10-18 working days end in 2 day is that normal?!

i think your are talking about your seller, right? different seller has different shipping policy, you should ask your seller this question.
