Hello,

I ordered clothes off ebay oktober 27th, the seller shipped the clothes two days later (oktober 29).

I could not track the number via ebay but other websites worked. Tracking gives me this:

It constantly tells me the package is leaving Hangzhou airport, but it still has not arrived in my country (The Netherlands). Any idea what is going on?

1. Another person here (accustomed to buy a lot in China) from the Netherlands said that this time of year, a parcel from China can take from 4 to 5 weeks to be deliver.

2. I found the same tracking as you and I suspect your parcel did a couple of hop on the way to the Netherlands.

1. Maybe your parcel in the mail bag got to another airfield in China, then to another airfield in Europe and will eventually ends up in the Netherlands.

2. It might be one or more airfield each times and then the mail bag has to wait for room (mail bag) on each hop to go ahead.

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries enroute to their destination.
