Track number RF613879142CN last date was 2017-03-27 Shanghai QI Yun. 51 days later there is no sign of my parcel. Where is it and why the delay. Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left shanghai on Mar 29. Normally it will arrive Ireland in 30 days. I suggest you wait one more week, if it does not arrive, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
