Hi, my parcel RH098008743CN stucks in export custom scan since December 20th. Also the seller don't answer me. There are just shoes inside. Please help.

ECC status stuck within 4 weeks is quite normal in this rush season. you no need worry too much. the parcel should arrive by end of this month.
