Hi i have a question.. It's the first time that i order some product with aliexpress. The seller shipped me to Italy, the 10 02 2014 the parcel but is't not found by china post tracking.. The order is n. RB385509642CN. Can i have some information about my parcel? thank you.

RB385509642CN should be a fake number. the seller did not ship it when he gave you this number.

RB385509642CN should be a fake number if it does not show result in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php more than 1 week. You should open a dispute with aliexpress and report seller fraud.
