89368068313 is one the way to your country. this kind of 11 digit numeric tracking number is china post ordinary parcel. export security scan is the last status you can see. china post will not pay labor to update its status for such cheap parcel. so you can not know where it is now.

normally china post ordinary parcel will take 30 to 90 days to reach destination depending on distance and airline space situation.
