RK490665271CN - Please help me! Where is my package already 36 days travelling to Bulgaria, departed fro Beijing Airport since 23.10......Destination country is Bulgaria! Is it possible the package has lost?

shipping time to Bulgaria is quite slow(often takes 90 days), your parcel is still in normal time frame. no need worry.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RS159546346CN was returned to china. If your buyer protection is not expiring, open dispute to seller and claim refund for non-arrival parcel.

My others ordered by the same time parcels have arrived already before 2 weeks and it was fast and this parcel which is more expensive still not....? What is the reason about such delay...?

Postal parcel does not work on first come first out principle. It is quite common that early shipped parcel arrives later. Really depends on your luck.
