http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned by Germany Post. Not sure return reason.

it was finally returned to shipper in Chengdu. you can not get this parcel anymore. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for non-arrival order.

After i checked it seemed like the parcel was tried to be delievered to you but it couldn't be so it got turned in to a post office but since it never got picked up it got sent back and now it sits in Chengdu, China being held there by their customs
