Hello everyone i need help its been 11days since i ordered a mouse from GearBest it says its gonna take 15-30 days but when i track my order its saying this:"

Electronic information,receive--15-Nov-2016 03:51 AM

Small package Center, receive--15-Nov-2016 05:51 AM

Parcel centre,sealing--15-Nov-2016 08:51 AM

Small package Center, left--15-Nov-2016 10:24 AM

Exchange Bureau, have been exported to open--16-Nov-2016 06:24 PM

Exchange Bureau, have been exported directly--17-Nov-2016 12:27 PM

Transit Center，left hand navigation--17-Nov-2016 06:01 PM

1. I hope your not expecting your country National Mail to track your parcel because that will not happen.

2. The courier transporting your parcel did is job. Now it up to your National Post Office to scan the parcel when it arrive or when they have time to do it and get it to Customs for clearance.
