Post Where are my 3 orders?

Hello, can anyone please tell me where are my orders:
1. RC409800698CN
2. RB480265994CN
3. RC254860105CN
I cannot find anything usefull to locate where they are. The first orders says same information 3 weeks allready. Sellers dont answer anything.
or is there a good site where can i find info about those numbers.

RB480265994CN should be a fake number. China Post has not got this parcel number.
