The COLOLIFE store - a partner of AliExpress - sent me a package via China Post Registered Air Mail on March 27, 2020.
The tracking number is RE042591666CN.
The seller promised for the estimated delivery time 20-31 days.
The tracking information (Handed over to Airlines) has not changed on your web site since two and a half months.
Please let me know when China Post will arrive with my package to Hungary?

our latest report shows on average it takes 41 days to reach Hungary, but some package takes 90 days to arrive. If your buyer protection is expiring you can open dispute. You may also choose to wait for a while as some parcel did arrive after 90 days.

Thanks for the reply. I have two questions related to this topic:
1. If I send someone a package via China Post Registered Air Mail from China to Hungary, what do you promise me in your Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the delivery time?
2. What happens if you don’t keep the SLA?
