Hi,

I have been waiting for the following 2 packages to be sent to the Netherlands for over a month now and I still have not received them. They are stuck at Export Customs Scans in Shanghai for over a month, I just wanted to know when the delivery will be back to normal.

Hello Holland123,

Tracking updates are very slow at China post right now, so please be patient. Both of the packages may be subject to customs due to them containing pirate copies or batteries. Please contact the seller and ask what is happening?

Just received my packages yesterday. There are NO pirate copies or batteries, and it still took more than a month for me to receive them. Hope the delivery will be back to normal soon.
