Post What is the updated status for my packages?

Hi,

The following packages already left china since Dec 1 and Dec 6, but it has been more than 3 weeks, I still haven't received them. Checked with our post office, they also have no record.

RH352136320CN - 2016-12-01 14:29:45.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

RH352177001CN - 2016-12-06 13:17:12.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

Do you have an updated status?

1. Before the Holiday Season parcel to the Netherlands where taking around 3 weeks, so it might take a bit longer since mail every where in Post Office all over the World are slow.

2. Maybe also you parcel has arrive in your country into the Inbound mail warehouse and now it up to (when they have time) Post NL to scan the parcel and give it to the Customs for clearance.

But I have received another package that was shipped later on 12 Dec. Just wondering why these 2 packages were shipped earlier but they are still not here.

1. Did the parcel that you receive came from the same area that you bought the other 2 parcels. Did the parcel you receive take the same route as the other 2 parcels.

2. Have you contact the seller about your missing parcels. If you feel that your parcels are lost or misplace then just open a dispute.

Yes, they were shipped from the same location and via the same route..

1. Then you have 3 solutions:

Wait for your parcels
Contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcels
Open a dispute for non reception of parcel.
