Hi,

I have 2 parcels below with status "Sent to airline", but up to now I still have not received them. Could you please help me with the update status? The holiday season is over, why is China post still taking so long recently?

RH039392016CN (sent to airline on Jan 1, 2015)
RH039569433CN (sent to airline on Jan 9, 2015)

in this season. you should get the goods in 4 to 5 weeks after sent to airline.
