Hi admins!

I am from Bulgaria. My tracking number is RI204399589BG.
I received a defective item from Aliexpress and I had to return it back. I sent it on 22 January 2015 and on 02 February 2015 it appeared in your site and now it has the following status:

item No Year Status Location Destination Date
RI204399589BG 2015 Import Customs Scan Beijing 20150202 1034
RI204399589BG 2015 Import Security Scan Beijing 20150202 1426

Would you please be so kind to check out and describe the actual status of the parcel?

ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and arrange pickup.
